WHOLE PROCESS - OUTSTANDING!
The whole process of getting our new Lennox heating and air conditioning systems was outstanding. The team from Evans (Troy, Richard M. & Ciro) were very competent and customer oriented, explaining everything and answering any questions we had. We bought two systems for our home and could not be more pleased with the results. We had a Trane system before, but after talking with the Evans people, we went with Lennox because it is made in the U.S, and a better system. I am so glad we did. They operate so quietly and efficiently than we are hardly aware when they come on. My wife has asthma and is very needy to a controlled environment with humidity. These units have made her much, much more comfortable. Thank you for your excellent product.
